Hotel Information

All wall sockets provide 230 V/50 Hz electricity. You can receive electricity and phone adapters at the reception.

Please consider that Hotel Bohemian does not have any elevators, due to its location within an historical building. In case of physical impairment, please contact us in advance, so we can make sure to get you a room in the lower levels.

You can rent a bathrobe for 5,- EUR and slippers for 1,- EUR. Both will be brought to your room by one of our team.

Please pay your booking at the front desk. Apart from cash, we accept Master Card/ Eurocard, Diners Club, Visa Card, JCB, American Express and Euro-Cheque Card.

Please put up the Do Not Disturb (“Bitte nicht stören”) sign onto the outer door of your room, in case you don’t want your room cleaned yet, or you wish not to be disturbed.

Both can be brought to your room. Please contact the front desk.

Check-in is possible from 2 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage with us. Our receptionist will be there until 9 PM. In case of an arrival after 21 PM, you can check in with our colleagues from the bar CHIN-CHIN next door, until midnight. Please let us know in advance if you arrive late.

Our receptionist will be at the front desk from 6 AM. We ask you to be checked out of your room by 11 AM. If you wish, we can store your luggage at the front desk for you free of charge.

Information about evacuation routs can be found in the outer room of your room and in the hallways. Fire extinguisher can be found in the hallways on every floor and in every staircase.

Breakfast à la carte is available daily from 07 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The offer differs depending on the day menu or weekend menu.
If you want to have breakfast with us, please reserve your spot at the reception.

We can store your luggage at our luggage room. Please contact the front desk. Please contact our staff at the front desk, whom will be happy to help you.

You can use the possibility to make a reservation for your next stay at our hotel right away. Please contact our team at the front desk to do so.

Upon request, dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 – 15,- EUR.

Hygiene products such as toothbrushes or razors can be bought at our front desk for 2,- EUR.

Wi-Fi is available for free in the whole hotel. You will receive the access code at the front desk.

Children stay for free, when they sleep in the same bed as their parents (2 full payers). Additional beds are available at 30,- EUR per night, baby cods at 15,- EUR.

There is a parking space with a charging station in the courtyard of the hotel for charging your e-car. This can be used for a fee of EUR 2 per hour or EUR 15 per day.

The current electricity price for charging your e-car is 60 ct / kWh. The fee is to be paid with the hotel bill.

You will also find charging options for your e-car in the nearby underground car park at the theatre (Bismarckplatz).

All of our rooms are equipped with a minibar. One filling of the minibar is included in your booking.

A sewing set can be found in your closet.

Please take note of the emergency directions on your room door and in the hallways.

We recommend the following parking option:
You can use the underground parking “Tiefgarage am Theater” only 100 meters from the hotel. The address is Bismarckplatz 10, 93047 Regensburg. Parking tickets at a reduced fare (10,50 EUR / 24hrs) are available at the front desk. You will need the ticket for leaving the garage. For loading and unloading, you can come directly to the hotel.

In addition, we offer guests with e-cars the temporary use of a parking space in the inner courtyard with a charging station. (Fees for use will be charged and are to be settled with the hotel bill.)

You can hand in your letters and postcards at the reception. They are mailed out daily.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the balconies or in front of the main entrance. We kindly ask you to respect that. Upon violation, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 150,- EUR.

In case you need an umbrella, please contact our staff at the front desk.

Our reception is open for you daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
If you have a question or need help after 9:00 p.m., the staff at our in-house Bar Chin-Chin will be happy to help you.

All of our rooms are equipped with its own safe. Information on how to use the safe is provided in a manual.

The automatic shoe polisher is located on the first floor. You can also find a shoe polishing sponge in all of our closets.

Single booking (up to 3 rooms):

Candellatons up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival are free of charge.
In case of cancellations/ changes after 6 PM, less than 24 hours before your arrival, we will charge the price for one night onto your credit card.

Group bookings (4 rooms and more):

  • 45 days in advance: free of charge
  • 44 to 30 days in advance: 25 % of the agreed price
  • 29 to 15 days in advance: 50 % of the agreed price
  • 14 to 7 days in advance: 75 % of the agreed price
  • 7 days in advance: 100 % of the agreed price
  • 1 Tag day in advance of your arrival, no more than 10 % of the rooms can be cancelled free of charge.

Our team at the front desk will be happy to order a taxi for you. In order to avoid long waiting times in the morning, we recommend having your taxi pre-booked.

We are happy to send out your telefax messages from our reception.

Laundry that is handed in at the front desk before 9 AM, will be returned by the evening. You can find a laundry bag in your closet. Only possible Monday through Friday.

We will gladly give you a wake-up call. Our staff will take your wake-up call request at the reception.

We offer Additional beds upon request at a premium (baby cod 15,- EUR, additional bed 30,- EUR per night). Please contact us in advance of your arrival, so we can make sure of the availability and prepare an appropriate room for you. Children up to the age of 12 stay for free when they sleep in the same bed as their parents.
